Jade is a registered psychologist who works with adolescents and adults. She offers a warm, down-to-earth approach that focuses on building trust, safety, and genuine connection. Jade is committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space where people from all walks of life feel respected, supported, and truly heard.

Her work focuses on helping people clarify what matters to them and how they want to live, particularly when they feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or disconnected from themselves. In sessions, Jade helps clients notice patterns in their thoughts, emotions, and responses, and supports them to make sense of these experiences in a practical and grounded way.

Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or feelings, Jade works with clients to change how they relate to them. This often involves developing perspective, learning how to respond with greater intention, and identifying small but meaningful ways to move forward, even when circumstances remain challenging.

Jade understands that some life situations cannot be fixed or controlled, particularly when people are navigating illness, fertility difficulties, or major life transitions. She supports clients to focus on what is within their influence while learning to live alongside uncertainty with greater steadiness.

Jade brings a thoughtful, steady energy to her sessions. Her therapeutic style is person-centred and flexible, drawing on evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and attachment-informed approaches. She believes therapy should be tailored, collaborative, and grounded in kindness, and she continues to build her skills to ensure her approach remains thoughtful, relevant, and effective.

Jade holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours and is currently a PhD (Clinical Psychology) candidate at Griffith University. She is registered with the Psychology Board of Australia and is a provisional member of the Australia and New Zealand Infertility Counsellors Association (ANZICA).
