Greg is a Registered Psychologist with experience working across community, health, correctional and residential rehabilitation settings. He supports adults presenting with anxiety, depression, attention difficulties and challenges with emotional regulation.
He has a particular interest in men’s mental health and works with men who may struggle with emotional expression, performance pressure, identity concerns or feeling disconnected in relationships. Greg provides a grounded, practical and respectful therapeutic space focused on developing insight and building effective skills.
Greg also works with adults experiencing ADHD and broader neurodiversity, supporting clients to better understand attention patterns, motivation difficulties, impulsivity and the emotional impacts that can accompany late diagnosis. He also supports individuals adjusting to significant health challenges, including cancer diagnosis and treatment, helping patients manage uncertainty, emotional stress, and changes to identity and life roles.
Greg adopts a collaborative and evidence-based approach, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and structured emotional regulation frameworks. He works with clients to identify patterns in thinking, behaviour and physiological stress responses, supporting the development of emotional awareness, attention regulation and more adaptive responses under pressure. Where appropriate, he integrates mindfulness and nervous system regulation strategies to support grounding, resilience and sustainable change. His work is structured and goal-oriented, while remaining responsive to each individual’s pace and circumstances.
Greg’s goal is to help individuals build emotional clarity, psychological flexibility and resilience, supporting meaningful and lasting change in overall wellbeing.
