Heather is a registered counsellor with a Bachelor of Counselling and ACA Level 2 membership. She is passionate about working with youth and young adults and also enjoys supporting adults of all ages.

With over ten years of experience supporting and mentoring young people and adults through life’s most challenging moments, Heather brings warmth, insight, and a deep commitment to evidence-based care. She believes in a holistic model of care and provides a safe and nurturing space for her clients. She offers a variety of evidence-based counselling therapies focused on supporting and facilitating her clients to discover their own growth journey and find their unique strengths to deal with life's challenges.

Her approach to therapy is grounded in empathy, compassion, and non-judgement. Heather strives to create a safe and supportive environment where her clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts and feelings, and where they can develop the skills and tools they need to thrive.
